The Companies Act No. 07 of 2007 is the governing law of companies in Sri Lanka. To register a company, an application should be submitted to the Registrar of Companies (ROC), through a Registered Company Secretary with ROC. Our secretarial services
We provide the following services to operating companies in Sri Lanka;

Incorporation – We charge our clients a fixed amount in addition to the reimbursable expenses of filing forms at the ROC.
Maintenance of secretarial documents – We charge a fixed amount as a quarterly retainer fee for being the secretaries on record and maintaining all the statutory records, plus reimbursable expenses of filing forms at the ROC and a time charge basis for non-routine work.
